Soft PVC Fiber Reinforced Garden Pipe Hose Tube Extruder Extrusion Machine Production Line

(1) Mixing of raw materials: PVC stabilizer, plasticizer, antioxidant and other auxiliary materials are added to the high-speed mixer according to the proportion and process. After the material moves at high speed in the mixer, the strong self-friction generated makes the material heat up. to the set process temperature, and then discharged from the high-speed mixer to the cooling mixer to cool it down to prevent plasticization and agglomeration.

(2) Extruder part: This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, and the heat transfer area and shear speed of the material are relatively large, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material. The high shear rate enables the melt to be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel, the PVC mixture is plasticized and pushed to the head, so as to achieve compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization; and achieve the purpose of exhausting and dehydrating. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can realize synchronous speed regulation.

(3) Extrusion die part: the PVC that has been compacted, melted, mixed and homogenized, and the subsequent material is pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the key component of pipe forming. In theory, the design of the die head is different for pipes with different component contents, so the appropriate extrusion die head should be selected according to the application of the actual product.

(4) The vacuum setting water tank is used for the setting and cooling of pipes. The vacuum setting water tank is equipped with a vacuum system and a water circulation system for setting and cooling, a stainless steel box, and circulating water spray cooling, height adjustment device.

(5) The tractor is used to continuously and automatically lead the cooled and hardened pipes out of the machine head. This machine adopts frequency conversion and stepless speed regulation, which supports synchronous speed regulation with the extruder. The stability of the tractor is directly related to the uniformity of the wall thickness of the extruded pipe. (6) Cutting machine: accept the signal given by the travel switch or other fixed-length devices, perform automatic cutting, and delay the turn over to implement flow production. The cutting machine keeps pace with the running of the pipe during the cutting process. The electric and pneumatic drive is completed. The cutting machine is equipped with a vacuum device, which can suck out the debris generated by cutting in time and recycle it.

(7) The turning action of the turning frame is realized by the air cylinder through the control of the air circuit. The turning frame is equipped with a limit device. After the cutting saw cuts the pipe, the pipe continues to be conveyed. After a delay, the cylinder starts to work to realize the turning of the material. action to achieve the purpose of unloading. After unloading, it will automatically reset after a delay of several seconds, waiting for the next cycle.

1. Delivery Time: 30 working days after receiving your down payment. 

2. Payment Condition: 30% by T/T for deposit and 70% by T/T before delivery time.

3.Guarantee: 12 months for the machine (the electric parts for 6 months). 
During this guarantee period, FOSITA will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the
malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, FOSITA will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price. 
 

How about your arrangement for inspection,installation and testing work?
1. After all machines are delivered to customer's factory;

2. FOSITA will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer's
factory.

3.The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses
generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance for each engineer. 

4.Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's
factory.
